The project required the construction of a concrete floor, internal and external walls around the building, internal wall partitions, and ceiling tiles.

Demolition of the old concrete floor and construction of the new one.

Internal wall partitions: “sheetrock, taping, floating, sanding, and FRP internal division.”
Ceiling tile – floor tile
4 4-inch by 4-inch tile was installed.
Ceiling tile
Steps had to be added to the ceiling because different heights were required.
Exterior walls and door installation
Installation of external and internal doors.
Paint
Exterior and interior painting of the building.
Exterior walls
Plywood, homewrap, and siding were installed on the exterior walls of the building.
Completion of contracted work
Finishing and detailing of the entire project.
